Die Bäckerei-Konditorei Speck wurde 1895 von Klemens Oswald Speck in der Kirchgasse/Kirchengasse in Zug gegründet. 1945 wurde die Confiserie mit Tea-Room im Haus Christophorus am Bahnhof eröffnet.
