The Museum Burg Zug is the historical museum for the town and canton of Zug. Spread over three floors, the permanent exhibition presents Zug's cultural history from the Middle Ages to the modern era. The collection focusses on objects that have a connection to Zug and contributes to the preservation of the town's local cultural heritage. The museum also stages temporary exhibitions that examine current political, social and historical topics from different perspectives.
